Service Upgrade
We’re always looking to improve our services for you. Based on your feedback, we’re introducing these exciting changes:
- Larger Organic Waste Bin
You’ll now receive a 140 Litre Organic Waste Bin (same height as your other bins). This makes it easier to recycle more food and garden waste. This bin will be collected fortnightly.
- Glass Recycling Service
We’re now providing you with a bin for Glass recycling. We will collect glass bottles and jars directly from your doorstep on your recycling week – no more trips to the bottle bank! In line with Mr. Binman’s principle of “reuse and recycle”, you can convert your current 25 Litre Organic Waste Caddy bin for glass collection use too. We’ll provide a sticker to label your caddy for this new use.
- It’s Easy to Use
Your new collection schedule alternates weekly: waste and organic bins one week, recycling and glass the next. We’ll text you the night before, and calendars are available online to view or print.

Two things to note:
- You do not need to contact us to arrange this service upgrade, we will be in touch with you again before your bins are delivered and the new collection schedule commences.
- This enhanced service comes at no extra cost. In fact, it should save you money if your general waste bin gets lighter!
